The purpose and duties: of our medical laboratories is essentially to analyzing biological samples for the purpose of screening, diagnosis, follow-up, treatment and prevention of disease.

Our laboratory aim: to provide accurate results, with traceability of all laboratory procedures, with respect for ethics and to assure the safety and privacy of patients within a reasonable turn over time.

• Our Quality Assurance Program is designed to monitor every step in the analyzing process right from the requisition of the analysis, patient identification, preparation, collection, transportation, storage and processing, in addition to setting standards for validation and interpretation of test results.
   

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly adhered to, throughout all processes. 
   

• Commercial (Internal and External) Quality Control samples are tested with each run of specimens. Quality Control results meet all statistical process control criteria before patient results are released.  
   

• A blind submission program is used for additional, internal quality checks.  
   

• Continuous Quality Improvement Programs enhance the quality of our results and services.
