The Hospital also has a superlative infra-structure to support its main function of providing medical care. It has a 33 KVA power-line with a planned load of 3.2 M.W., backed up by 1500 KVA generators. It has its own central air-conditioning plant with a capacity of 1200 tons, water- treatment and storage facility with 3 days requirement of water and its own garbage disposal facilities in the form of a sewage-treatment plant and a 1000 Kg incinerator for solid waste disposal. It also boasts of boilers with 3600 Kg capacity which provide centralized steam and hot-water to all corners of the Hospital. In addition the Hospital has a microprocessor based Central Sterile Supply Department, ambulances, a computer network with a fibre-optic back-bone catering to 250 computer terminals, a telephone exchange with a capacity  of 1200 lines & 250 pagers and a central broadcast system including piped music. We also have a fully automated laundry and a manifold room providing centralized medical gases, vacuum & compressed air to each and every needing bed in the Hospital.
