Department of Neurology is a vital component of the hospital being present since its inception. The department offers outpatient six days a week as well as the inpatient services. Outpatient clinic is run six days a week and has three fulltime qualified Neurologists. All neurological emergencies including cerebrovascular accidents (stroke), epilepsy, meningitis, encephalitis, etc are attended to on regular basis with round the clock availability of the in-house neurological services.

The department has two advanced digital EEG (32 channel and 40 channel) systems for evaluation people with epilepsy and transient neurological dysfunctions. A 8-channel ENMG –EP system is available for performing nerve conductions, electromyography and multimodality (visual, auditory and somatosensory) evoked potentials.
