The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at KLE JGMMMC Hubballi, is equipped with state-of-the-art healthcare facilities to cater to the health needs of women across all age groups.
Our department has a multispecialty team headed by senior faculty, functioning as three units to provide evidence-based, patient-centered services including preconceptional care, antenatal care, postnatal support, advanced obstetric ultrasound, infertility treatment, menopausal care, and various surgical options including cancer-related and laparoscopic procedures.
We actively participate in community outreach through free reproductive health camps, cancer awareness and prevention programs, family welfare initiatives, and adolescent health education.
The department features a fully equipped labor room with facilities such as cardiotocography, emergency obstetric ultrasound, high-risk pregnancy monitoring, obstetric ICU, painless labor services, and 24/7 emergency OT and blood bank. Continuous care is ensured by the availability of specialists, postgraduates, and trained nursing staff round the clock.
